Once the candidate is shortlisted for a job, the next step a recruiter would like to take would be sending out the CV to the hiring manager. Recruitly makes this extremely easy for you as all of this can be done via the ATS Pipeline and also, tracked via the Candidate Share Pipeline.

How to share CVs for a Job

You can choose to enable prompts and pipeline status updates on the ATS Pipeline to save time and also, track CVs shared for the job.

To do so, please follow the below steps:

Go to the ATS global Pipeline and move the shortlisted candidate to 'CV sent' status.



Pop up will open where you can configure
Visible fields

Select the documents you wish to share.
You can share via link or you can share via document.
If you share via link you can provide Expiration date to the documents



All shared CVs for a job will appear in the Candidate Share module, when the filter ‘CV Share for Job’ is applied.



Enabling automated prompts

Go into System Configuration → ATS Pipeline.



Map the Pipeline Configuration to relevant CV Sent sub-status.



If you wish to turn off Opening CV Share dialog when card moved just click on ( X ) icon.


How to track the CVs shared for a Job

You can now track all CVs shared for a job via the ATS pipeline in the Candidate Share module. Please follow the below steps to map sub-statuses of ATS Pipeline to stages in Candidate Share Module.

All shared CVs for a job will appear in the Candidate Share module, when the filter ‘CV Share for Job’ is applied.



The cards for CV shares will automatically move acrosee the Pipeline as and when your client opens, requests for info, requests for interview, rejects or if CV share expires.

Go into System Configuration → ATS Pipeline.



Map CV Share Configuration to relevant sub-statuses of your ATS pipelines.
