Your e-mail can be synched to Recruitly to ensure consolidation of all communication and convenience of use. However, if you find that your mails are not synched, you can follow the below process:

Step 1: Go to “System Configuration”



Step 2: Go to “E-mail Configuration”



Step 3: Scroll down to Email sync preferences and choose the first option - Enable sync for all emails



Step 4: Go to inbox → Settings → Re-sync emails.



If your problem is not resolved by the above steps, please disconnect and reconnect using below steps:

Step 1: Go to inbox → Settings → Disconnect.



Step 2: Click on “Ok”.



Step 3: Click on “connect”



Step 4: Choose the e-mail id.



Your account will be synched with Recruitly and you mailbox will be updated automatically.
