How to create a Job.

There are 2 ways to add/ create jobs.
Manual input
Parse Job order - Easy and quick way to create the job

Follow the steps to create Job Manually.

Go to New > Job

Select/Add the Contact and Job Location.
These are mandatory fields

Add job attributes:

Add job title
Add Job template : Click here to know more about job template
Select the Job Type
Select number of openings for same Job spec
Select the specific start date or select from dropdown
Select the Job level from the dropdown
Give sector to the job
Select Industry
Add Skills - help you to find candidates with AI match etc.,

Add Job description

Short description
Long descriptions

Add pay details
Add pay, benefits etc., to the job role
Add consultants fee, terms

Add Internal info

Select the status
Rate the job.
You can give closing date to job
Add Internal notes
Select the owner - any applications related to the job owner will receive notifications. This is mandatory field.
