Email sequences provide you with an automated way to deliver ongoing communications to your leads, opportunities, contacts and candidates while you strive to build a solid foundational relationship with them. Email sequences can be timed so that your emails arrive when they are most likely to have an impact.

To create an e-mail sequence in Recruitly, please follow the below steps:

Step 1: Click on the E-mail Sequences icon on top of your page.



Step 2: Click on ‘New Email Sequence’ to the top right of the page.


Step 3: Give the E-mail sequence a name and choose the tyep.



Step 4: Add necessary steps and post step Actions. You can also add multiple steps to the sequence.



Step 5: Schedule the sequence to the appropriate days of the week, time in the day and time zone.



Step 6: Click on the ‘Save Sequence’ button on the top right of the page to save the sequence.
