Re-syncing your e-mails could be necessary in scenarios where you would change your e-mail password. To ensure security we require you to re-sync your e-mail and this takes absolutely no time at all.

Step 1: Click on the e-mail icon on the top of your page.

Step 2: Click on the Settings tab.

Step 3: Click on the Re-Sync button.

Step 4: Choose the number of days to be synced.

Individual contacts, candidates or leads e-mails could also be re-synced.

Step 1: Go onto the Lead/Contact/Candidates and click on the '3 dots' button to the left of the screen.

Step 2: Click on re-sync option in the list.

The re-sync process might take a couple of minutes, please refresh the page in sometime and your mailbox will be re-synced.
