Overview

It is a common practice to float/spec CVs to potential clients to tap into the roles that are not publicly advertised and speed up the recruitment cycle by putting CVs right in front of the clients even before they embark on their hiring journey, it will also help the candidate secure a role faster.

How to share CVs

There are two ways to share Speculative CVs via Recruitly.

From the Candidates tab:

Click on Candidates tab under ATS section.



Open the Candidates profile you wish to share with a client and click on the ‘Share’ button on top right side of the screen.



Pop up will open where you can configure

Visible fields

Select the documents you wish to share.
You can share via link or you can share via document.
If you share via link you can provide Expiration date to the documents



All Shared CVs will appear in the Shares section.



From the Candidate Share Module:

Go to the Candidate Share module and click on +New Share button.



Choose the Speculative Share option.

You can share via link or you can share via document.
If you share via link you can provide Expiration date to the documents



All Shared CVs will appear in the Shared Pipeline.



How to track the CVs shared

CVs will appear the Shared pipeline as soon as you send it out to the client. Your client will receive a link via e-mail and can view the profile by clicking on the link.



On opening the pending links, they can view the details you’ve chosen to share on the right side of the screen and also the hiring consultant's details on the left side of the screen.



Clients can directly request for Interview, Info or Reject candidates via this link and this would reflect in the Pipeline under Candidate Share.
