Email Sequences Overview
With the email sequences tool, you can send a series of email templates, in specified time gaps to specific subscribers. You can also configure a sequence to automatically update the pipeline/ assign tags/add records to the folders after a step is executed. The sequence will run until the recipient replies to any email to an account that is synced with Recruitly (this includes but not limited to replying to an email in the sequence).
How to add records to an Email Sequence?
New data is constantly added to the system and to ensure that all your leads, opportunities, contacts and candidates are followed up with, we made sure you can add them to an existing sequence at any point in time.
