How to use the Advanced Searches option?

Revolutionised Advanced Filters for Seamless Customization

We are thrilled to introduce our revamped advanced filters, offering you a streamlined and intuitive way to tailor your searches in the Leads, Contacts, Companies, Jobs, and Candidate sections. With options to choose from Advanced, System Fields, and Custom Fields, you can now search for any field effortlessly using the search bar.



Performing Advanced Filters Search
  1. Navigate to the desired section (Leads, Contacts, Companies, Jobs, or Candidates)


  2. Click on the Advanced Filters tab located at the top middle of the screen


  3. The advanced filters sidebar will open where you can choose between Advanced, System Fields and Custom Fields



    Here's a detailed description of each of these options:

    Advanced:
    • Boolean Query: Utilize Boolean search to combine keywords with operators (AND, NOT, OR) for more precise results. Click here to learn more

    • Geo Location: Perform searches based on geographical location by selecting "Geo Location" from the "Advanced" section

      • To conduct Geo Location Search:

        • Select "Geo Location."

        • Specify the preferred location (e.g., city, state, or country)

        • Click "Apply," and relevant results will be presented

    System Fields:
    • Common search criteria are available for all modules within your workspace (Leads, Contacts, Companies, Jobs, or Candidates)

    Custom Fields:
    • Custom fields that you have created for each of your modules can be searched here.

Applying Single Search Criteria/Field
  1. Click and select the first desired field

  2. Add conditions (In, Not In, Greater than, Less than, Equals, Is, Any of, etc.)

  3. Select options from the drop-down menu

  4. The filter is applied automatically, or click "Apply" to save the filter


  5. You'll be able to save the filter for future use by clicking on Give a name to this search? and by specifying a name and the sharing options


Applying Multiple Search Criteria/Fields
  1. Click and select the first desired field

  2. Add conditions (In, Not In, Greater than, Less than, Equals, Is, Any of, etc.)

  3. Select options from the drop-down menu

  4. The filter is applied automatically

  5. Click "Apply & Add New Field" to save the filter and add another field. This step can be repeated multiple times to narrow down your search


  6. You'll be able to save the filter for future use by clicking on Give a name to this search? and by specifying a name and the sharing options


  • You can delete the fields by hovering the cursor over the field name


These enhancements empower you to efficiently tailor your searches, making your experience with advanced filters more seamless and personalised.
