How to Disconnect and Reconnect your Inbox

Disconnecting Your Inbox:
  1. Navigate to the top right hand side of your screen and click on "Mailbox" icon


  2. Click on "Settings" in the mailbox section.

  3. Click on "Disconnect" under your Provider


  4. A pop-up will appear, confirming the disconnection of your inbox. Click on "OK" to proceed.

Reconnecting Your Inbox:
  1. After disconnecting, click on "Connect" in the Mailbox section with the provider of your choice. 


  2. Select the desired E-mail ID for reconnection from logged-in emails as shown on the screen.

  3. Click on "Allow" to grant Recruitly access to your Google account and your mailbox will be successfully reconnected.



Once reconnected, your account will automatically sync with Recruitly. Your inbox will be updated seamlessly, ensuring you have the latest information.
