How to Customise the Candidate Portal Activation Email

Enhance your candidate engagement by personalizing the activation email sent through Recruitly's Candidate Portal. ​Follow the steps below to tailor the message and make a lasting impression on your candidates.

1. Click on your user icon located at the top right corner of the screen and select "System Configuration."
   

2. Navigate to the "Candidate Portal" section under system settings or click below:

3. Scroll down to locate the 'Send Activation Email' option. Toggle it ON/OFF based on your preference.
   

   

   
   

4. Next proceed to the "Auto Responses" section under "System Settings" to configure the email or click here:

5. Locate the 'Candidate Portal Activation' option and click on it to edit and customise the response.
