Effectively utilizing widgets on your dashboard enhances visibility and efficiency. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on adding widgets to your dashboard within Recruitly, allowing you to tailor your workspace for optimal performance.

The purpose of adding widgets to the dashboard is to offer users a customizable and dynamic workspace. Widgets provide at-a-glance information, enabling quick access to key metrics and data. This guide aims to empower users to personalize their dashboards, improving overall workflow and productivity.



Steps to Add Widgets

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard section within Recruitly

  2. Click on "+New Dashboard" to create a new dashboard, or select an existing one.


  3. Once you select an option, click on +Add Widget to begin customizing. A menu on the right-hand side will display available widgets. Pick the widget you wish to add to your dashboard by clicking on it

You can choose and add multiple widgets from the right-hand menu. The selected widgets will appear on your dashboard, providing real-time insights.

To Configure Widget


On the top right of every widget, locate four options. Click on "Settings" to configure the widget. Change the view of the widget as needed. Adjust the date range for the data displayed. Refresh the widget for real-time updates. Remove the widget from your dashboard if desired.​


Adjusting Widgets

Drag on the edges of each widget to adjust the size according to your preference.
