Master Data - Overview

Overview of Master Data

Master Data is where you can store and manage all your system data.
It is divided into 3 sections: ​General, CRM Master Data and ATS Master Data

Here's how you can access your Master Data page

Click on the user icon at the top right corner of the screen, then navigate to the System Configuration section. From there, go to the Master Data tab


​​General

This section allows you to manage details that are uniform across your workspace such as Job titles, Sectors, Industries, Tags, Folders, etc... You can click on any field and make changes or manage it . For example, if you would like to add a new Sector, you can click on + New Sector to add it.

You can perform similar actions for all the categories in the General section.


​CRM/ Sales

This section allows you to store information about the CRM section. It is divided into several categories covering the entirety of the Sales module. You can add several pipelines by clicking on "+ New Pipeline". You have the option to add new statuses to the pipeline and color-code them.


You can perform similar actions for all the categories in the CRM section from the Master Data.


​ATS / Recruiting

This section enables you to store information related to the ATS. It is divided into several categories covering the entire ATS.


You can similarly add skills, colour code candidates, Job statuses, pipeline reject reasons, etc. from the ATS section.
