Data Migration Process

Our data migration team are experts in analysing, mapping and importing data from a variety of different file formats and sources. We have successfully migrated data from CRM & ATS systems of all sizes ranging from SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce, HubSpot, Bullhorn, Bond Adapt, Zoho Recruit, Invenias, JobAdder, Recruitive, Microdec Profile, and Fire Fish Software.

• A dedicated data migration expert is assigned to your project to work closely with you, ensuring its successful completion.
  

Stage 1 - Full Data Migration

Full data migration usually starts 1 month before switching from the current provider, however, this depends on the amount of data you have in your current system.

Stage 2 - Delta Migration

To ensure business continuity delta migration is carried out on the weekend before the full switch. Client exports data from their current CRM after their business hours on Friday/Last working day of the week.

Unless agreed otherwise before commencing work, the data migration scope includes the following records:
