ATS pipeline gives you a fine view of your entire recruitment pipeline and allows performing several actions to manage the candidates throughout their journey.

Structured Steps in the ATS Pipeline:
  1. Add Candidates:

    • Select a job and search for candidates based on their skills.

  2. Change Status:

    • Modify candidate statuses based on their qualification in each round.

    • Statuses guide the next steps in the pipeline.

  3. Share Candidates with Hiring Managers:

    • Obtain recruiter approval by sharing candidate CVs directly with hiring managers.

  4. Contact the Candidate:

    • Utilize various communication methods to connect with candidates.

  5. Reject the Candidate:

    • If a candidate is rejected, update the pipeline with the reason for the rejection.

  6. Schedule an Interview:

    • Directly schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters using the ATS pipeline.

  7. Place a Candidate:

    • After completing all steps, select a candidate and finalize placement details within the ATS.

    • The candidate will be tagged as "placed."
