Client Portal Overview

Activation Process - Your client will receive an email upon clicking "Create Account" in their contact card or if the Automatic Portals creation is enabled in System Configuration → Client Portal.

Upon receiving the email, your client needs to click on the provided link and set a password. Once this step is completed, their account will be activated immediately.




This is an Overview of How the Client Portal is Structured:

  1. Full Sourced: In this section, the client can access and view all candidates in all stages for any jobs.

  2. Partially Sourced: Under this section, the client has access to data of candidates from the CV Sent stage in the Pipeline to the Placed stage for specific jobs.

  3. Upcoming Interviews: The client can view all upcoming interviews scheduled in this section.

    • Clients can click on any job to view the entire Pipeline.

    • All candidates in the Pipeline for the selected job, along with their sub-statuses, are displayed.

    • Clients can interact with different candidates, such as viewing CVs, downloading CVs, rejecting candidates, or scheduling interviews.
