Calendly Integration

The Recruitly integration with Calendly streamlines the process of scheduling meetings, eliminating the need for extensive back-and-forth emails.

To Integrate with Calendly, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the "Recruitly Marketplace" section by clicking on the logo located in the top right corner of your screen.
   
   

   

   
   

2. Locate Calendly and click on the "Install" button.
   

   

   
   

3. Log in to you calendly account using your login credentials and Click on the "Not configured" button to map Calendly event types to Recruitly records.
   

   
   

   
   

4. Configure the event type by selecting the appropriate options. Navigate and click on "Create New Record." Under "New Record Mapping," map all the fields.
   

   

   
   

   

   
   

5. Once the configuration is saved, any appointments booked through Calendly will automatically create an Opportunity, Lead, or Contact based on your selection.

   
   

Uninstalling the Calendly Integration:

• Navigate to the "Recruitly Marketplace" section

• You should see Calendly under your Connected Apps section.

• Click on the "Uninstall" button.
  

  

  
  

• You will be prompted to confirm the uninstallation. Click "Yes, Uninstall Calendly App."

• This will uninstall the integration from Recruitly.
