How to Schedule an Interview?
Scheduling interviews is a critical step in the recruitment process, and Recruitly provides a user-friendly interface to streamline this task. This guide will walk you through two convenient methods to schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and organized approach to managing candidate interactions.
Steps to Schedule an Interview
From the Main Screen

Click on the "+" button located at the top right of the screen

Choose "Interview" from the dropdown menu

A new Interview form will open, fill in the details like - Candidate, Job, Contact, Pipeline stage

You can toggle to select between a Phone/Video conference or a In-person interview where you can update the location or specify the Phone/Video conference details

Toggle on the Candidate and Client Invitation email button to send the emails, if toggled on, you can review and configure the email as per your requirements

If you toggle the emails ON, you can then make edits to the email body which will be send out to the recipient.
From the Candidate Page

Navigate to the "Candidates" section within the "Recruiting" module
Or, click here to be redirected -
Select your preferred candidate's profile and click on the drop down

You can then proceed to follow on from step 3 in the previous section
