ATS Automation - How to Create Actions Under Triggers?
Actions represent the tasks that Recruitly will execute under each selected Trigger. All actions are pre-built into the system, allowing you to easily choose the appropriate task you want to automate.
Creating Actions under Triggers:
To define the tasks Recruitly will execute under each selected Trigger, follow these steps:

Navigate to Recruitly's "Automation" section and select "Workflows". Then, head to the "ATS Automation" section, or simply click here

Click on the "+ Add Trigger" button to create a new trigger.

Add filters under the scenario, such as Job Status, Owner, and Tags, to precisely target the list of people for whom the automation is set up.

Choose the specific action you want Recruitly to perform under the selected scenario.

Define criteria for the action, if applicable. You can also add multiple actions by clicking the 'Add Action' button.

Click on "Save Trigger" once you have configured the actions.

After saving, ensure to toggle ON the "Enable automation" button to activate the automation.
