Overview of Lead Pipeline/Board View
The "Leads Pipeline View/Board View" in the Sales Module offers enhanced lead management with a user-friendly interface. Users can create custom pipelines, filter leads by various criteria, and access detailed lead information. Additional features include refreshing leads, adding columns, and customizing Pipeline Settings.

Navigate to the "Leads" section and select the "Board View" option located on the top left-hand side or click below:

Create new pipelines to efficiently organize your leads. For instance, you can establish a pipeline named "Banking Industry" to exclusively include leads from that sector by clicking on "+Add New Pipeline" and add different stages to the pipeline from the "Edit Stages" section.

View leads based on teams and users within your organization using the “Lead owner“ button.

Utilize the "Created Date" button to filter leads based on the date of creation. Select a date range from the drop-down menu.

Use the "Last Activity date" button to filter leads based on their last activity. Choose a date range from the drop-down menu.

Utilize the "Group by" button to filter leads based on the company or owner. Select the appropriate option from the drop-down menu to group records.

Refresh your leads by clicking on the "Reload" button.

Edit the stages displayed by clicking on the "Edit Stages" button.

Click on any lead to access more information. Once you tap on a lead, performing tasks like scheduling an interview or sending an email becomes accessible.
You can easily move leads across different pipelines/statuses by clicking and dragging them with your mouse or using your keyboard, making the process intuitive and user-friendly.
