How to Create Lead Web forms?

The Lead Web Forms feature in Recruitly provides a flexible and customizable way to capture essential data from leads and contacts.

Click on your profile icon and select "System Configuration"
Select "Lead Web forms"
Click on "+New lead form" which will open a form allowing you to customise and create a lead form
Enter the Title, Description and a note that will be displayed after a successful submission
Customize the fields that you'd like to be enabled on the form. These fields can be made Mandatory, Optional or Disabled
In the "Common Fields" section, configure settings for communication preference and Privacy Policy as Mandatory, Optional or Disabled
Under the "Defaults" section to add information such as Source, Tags, Owner and Lead Status.
- Select the form type as either Create Lead or Create Opportunity.
- Once you select this option, the following field will update based on your selection, it could be Lead Status or Opportunity Status. These field dictates the Lead or Opportunity pipeline stage that this form will be associated with

In the "Customisation" section of the form, you can enhance personalization by selecting a custom style that compliments your website's aesthetics through custom CSS. This section also provides the flexibility to customize background color, font attributes(size, family, color) , and button color to align with your specific preferences.

Once your form has been saved, it will appear in the main page and clicking on the "Preview" allows you to view the form

If you'd like the Iframe Install Instructions click on "Install" which will open up a card with the code that you can copy and page into your website. You can copy the code with a frame resizer or the one without

Click on "Share" which will give you a link to the form to share it directly through your emails, social networks, or chats to encourage candidates to fill in the required information
