Filtering Leads with Advanced Filters

Recruitly's advanced filtering allows you to include system fields, custom fields, and advanced search options. Recruitly ensures a seamless and efficient data retrieval experience, making lead management both simple and effective. Let's take a look at how to use the search filters available to you.

Filtering with System Fields

Filtering leads with system fields in Recruitly serves the purpose of precisely organizing and categorizing leads based on predefined system attributes.

​Here are the steps to filter using system fields:

  1. Navigate to the "Leads" section within the "Sales"

  2. Click on "Advanced Filters"

  3. Select your preferred "System Field" to perform a search

  4. Specify the terms that you'd like to search with and click on "Apply"

Filtering with Custom Fields

Filtering leads with custom fields in Recruitly serves the purpose of tailoring lead searches to specific and customizable criteria. Before we can filter with custom fields, you'll need to check if you have created any custom fields. To do so, see here

Here are the steps to filter using custom fields:

  1. Follow Steps 1 and 2 from the previous section

  2. Once you've clicked on "Advanced Filters" select your preferred "Custom Field" by scrolling past your system fields​

  3. Once you've specified the terms, please click on "Apply".

Filtering with Advanced options

You can effortlessly conduct Boolean and Geo Location searches in Recruitly through the advanced search feature.​

Boolean Search

Boolean search is a type of search allowing users to combine keywords with operators (or modifiers) such as AND, NOT and OR to further produce more relevant results. The relevant searches would appear.

Geo Location Search:

Geo Location Search in Recruitly enables users to perform searches based on geographical location, adding a spatial dimension to lead filtering.

To conduct a Geo Location Search in Recruitly

  1. Select "Geo Location"

  2. Specify the preferred location (e.g., city, state, or country) and Radius and Apply

Filtering Leads with Saved Filters

  1. If you have saved your searches, you can access them by clicking on the box that reads "All Leads"

  2. In the drop down, select your previous search under the "My saved searches" header


  3. Your search will then be filtered and will be displayed as depicted here

Other filtering options available to you are listed here

  • To Filter by Created Date, please click on the "Created Date" option

  • To filter using Last Activity, click on the "Last Activity" option

  • To filter leads by Owner, click on the "Owner" option and select the member that you'd like to filter by
