How to Quickly Search and Filter Notes Using the "Comments" Option

Looking for a specific note, like "regarding sales," but can't remember exactly where it is? Recruitly makes it simple with the advanced filters and comments option.

Here’s how to quickly search your notes in just a few steps:

1. Tap on Advanced Filters
   Go to the advanced filters section to get started.

2. Find the Comments Option
   In the search bar, look for the "Comments" filter.
   ​

3. Choose Your Filter Option

   • Contains: This will show notes that include the term you're searching for.

   • Not In: This excludes the specific term you enter, showing all notes that do not contain it.

4. Type the Note Term
   Enter the keyword or phrase you'd like to search for, like "regarding sales."

5. View Your Results
   Instantly, you’ll see all records containing that note (or excluding it, based on your choice).
