How to Convert a Lead?

You can convert leads into Opportunities, Contacts, or Candidates from the List view or the Pipeline view
How to convert a Lead from the List view
  1. Navigate to the "Leads" section under the "Sales" Module


  2. Choose the lead you wish to convert and click on the lead's name to open their card


  3. Click on the "Convert" button located at the top right corner of the screen.


  4. A dialog box will appear, giving you the option to convert it to an Opportunity, Contact, or Candidate


  5. If you select Contact or Candidate the lead will be converted, transferring all the data of that record to the chosen respective section and you should see a success message such as this


    a. If you choose to convert the lead to an Opportunity, an additional form will open up where you can specify additional information and then you can click on "Convert"



How to convert a Lead from the Pipeline view
  1. Please follow Step 1 in the previous section and click on the "Boards" icon


  2. Click on the Lead's name which will open the Lead's card


  3. Once you've opened the Lead's card, please follow from Step 3 in the previous section to convert your Lead as needed

Ensure that the correct record is being converted. Once the action is completed, it cannot be undone
