Advanced Security - 2Factor Authentication
Overview
Recruitly.io offers multi-factor authentication to give you an additional layer of security that help you keep your account and data safe
🚨 As an admin, you can enforce 2FA for all users, ensuring that everyone complies with your organisation's security policies.
Refer to the following sections for more information on how you can configure 2FA in Recruitly to add extra security to your account.
How to enable 2FA for my account?
It is a simple process and only takes 2 minutes to secure your account!
If have not already done so, please download and install Google Authenticator, you need this to complete the set-up and to login to your Recruitly account once you enable 2FA.
Navigate to your profile settings and click on the Security link
Click on "Click here to Enable"
Scan the QR code shown on the setup page, and enter the PIN number shown on your Google Authenticator App and click on "Verify & Complete Setup"
You will see a confirmation page once the authentication is successful
How to enforce 2FA for all users?
Enforcing 2FA is a great way to secure your account and data. System administrators can easily do with a single click from user management section.
💡 This change can only be made by system administrators with User Management access. If you are not a super user or administrator in Recruitly, please reach out to your manager.
- Navigate to User Management section from Settings page
- Switch ON the toggle button where it says "Enforce 2FA"
Once enabled, a green flag will appear, showing that your account now has an extra layer of protection.
