How to Add Candidates to a Job?

Adding candidates to a job in Recruitly is a straightforward process that offers flexibility through various methods. You can filter candidates based on your criteria and add them to a job. Whether you're sourcing candidates from CV Library, Total Jobs, or your Recruitly Database, the process is intuitive and efficient.


Here are the steps using bulk actions from the Candidate list view section
  1. Navigate to the "Recruiting" module and select "Candidates"


  2. Select the candidates and click on "Add to Job" which will appear at the top


  3. A card will open, allowing you to choose the "Pipeline Status" and "Pipeline Sub-Status". Next, select the Jobs from the list menu. You can choose multiple Jobs if needed and click on "Submit"


  4. Once you've clicked on "Submit" a confirmation message will appear.


Here are the steps using the ATS/Jobs Pipeline:
  1. Navigate to the Recruiting module and select the Jobs Pipeline option under Power Tools from the menu or by clicking here


  2. Locate the Add Candidates button on the top right of the page.



  3. The Add to Job card will open, allowing you to select one or multiple candidates. Select the Pipeline Status and sub-status, then search for and select the job or you can select multiple jobs as well.

Selecting "All Jobs" will display all available jobs.

Using the Jobs card:
  1. Navigate to the Recruiting Module and select Jobs from the drop-down menu



  2. Select a job of your choice to open its card


  3. Click on the Add Candidates button at the top and a dropdown menu will open with multiple options


  • Parse a CV: CVs can be parsed directly from the job card and the candidate can be added to the job directly. This is applicable if you're even parsing the CV using the parse button.


  • Add Candidates: Candidates can be searched and added to the job.



  • AI Match: Filter and add candidates as per the suggestions made by the AI.




  • Linked In Search: Search candidates on LinkedIn using Boolean operators.


  • Find candidate: Search candidates from the database using Boolean queries.
