Navigating to the Forecast View
  1. Under the Sales module, click on Opportunities

  2. Select the Forecast view option next to the Opportunities heading


Understanding the Forecast View 

The Forecast View provides a structured, time-based overview of your sales pipeline, helping you predict revenue and track deals more effectively. This view allows you to:

  1. Select a Pipeline: Choose the specific pipeline you want to analyze to see a forecasted breakdown of opportunities.

  2. View Opportunity Titles: Easily identify different deals within your selected pipeline.

  3. Track the Pulse: Monitor the activity and engagement level of each opportunity, giving you insights into deal momentum.

  4. Analyze Deal Value: See the total worth of each opportunity to understand its potential impact on revenue.

  5. Pipeline Stages: Visualize where each opportunity stands in the sales process, helping you manage priorities effectively.

  6. Weighted Values: Forecast revenue based on deal value, with weighted projections displayed in 30-day intervals to give you a clearer picture of expected earnings over time.
