Executive Reports: Template & Explanation
This feature allows you to generate comprehensive reports that display shortlisted candidates along with their details, interview notes, and comments, enabling more informed decision-making. These reports can also be easily shared with consultants for further evaluation.
There are 2 types of reports: Shortlist & Longlist
Shortlist: After candidates apply for a job and interviews are conducted, the next step is to categorize them as "Recommended" or "Not Recommended" based on their suitability for the role. The Shortlist Report compiles all relevant candidates into a detailed document, including interview feedback, recommendations, and candidate details. This report is then shared with stakeholders, providing insights into which candidates are suggested for the next stage of the recruitment process.
Longlist: The Longlist Report comes at a later stage in the hiring process and provides a comprehensive view of all candidates who have shown interest or declined the position after receiving the Shortlist Report. It captures the final status of each candidate, including those who remain interested, those who have withdrawn, and those who have progressed further in the recruitment process. This report is crucial for tracking the status of each candidate and making final decisions.
