How to assign an AI Agent to an AI User Account

Once you've created an AI User within the User Management section, you'll need to assign the AI User under the Active AI Agent User Accounts section to an AI Agent. Here's how to assign them:

🤖 Assign the Agent Type

After creating the AI user account:

1. Go to the AI Agents section in your settings

2. Click Assign to an Agent next to the new AI User 
   
   

3. From the list of available agents, select "Data Maintenance Agent"

This step is crucial — it tells the system which AI capability the user account should run. Once assigned, the Data Maintenance Agent will be activated and begin its tasks based on your configuration.

🔄 You can always reassign or reconfigure agents later from the same panel.
