The Data Maintenance Agent Dashboard gives you a full 360° view of how your AI Agent is performing — from enrichment volume to credit usage. Whether you're tracking ROI or spotting trends, this dashboard is where it all comes together.

🖥️ Where to Find It

To access the dashboard:

Click on the AI Agent icon at the top-right of any page
Select the Data Maintenance Agent
You'll land on the Dashboard tab by default

📈 Performance Overview

This section gives you a snapshot of the agent’s impact on your database.

Records Enriched: Total number of candidate, contact, lead, and company profiles enriched
Last Update: Timestamp of the most recent enrichment
Daily Average: Average number of enrichments performed per day

You’ll also see two key breakdowns:

Enrichments by Record Type: Distribution across Candidates, Leads, Contacts, and Companies
Enrichments by Action: Breakdown of specific actions performed, such as:
- Enrich Profile
- Find LinkedIn
- Find Email

💸 Budget Usage

Keep track of your credit spend in real-time:

Monthly Budget: The credit cap set for the current month
Current Usage: Credits used so far
Daily Average Spend: How many credits are being consumed per day
Max Spent: The highest number of credits spent in a single day
Max Spent On: Shows which enrichment action (e.g., finding emails) consumed the most credits

Clickin on Edit allows you to configure the Budget where you can configure the Candidates, Leads, Contacts and Companies:

📅 Daily Activity

Visualized in a clean line graph, this section helps you track trends and daily fluctuations.

The graph shows:

Total Enrichments: Sum of all enrichment activity for the day
Profile Enrichments: Full profile updates/enrichments
Contact Updates: Updates to contact info (phone, email, etc.)
LinkedIn Finds: Number of LinkedIn URLs discovered
Other: Any additional enrichment activity not covered above
