AI Data Enrichment: Manually Submitting Records and Enabling Batch & Continuous Enrichment
Recruitly’s AI Agents give you flexible ways to enrich your candidate and contact records — whether you want to trigger it manually, run it in batches, or set up continuous enrichment. Here's how to do it all:
🔹 Manually Submitting a Record for Enrichment
If you’d like to enrich a specific record on-demand:
-
Navigate to your Candidate, Lead or Contact record and open up their card.
Click on the the AI Agent Tasks section.
-
Click Enrich Profile on the record you wish to update.
-
The agent will immediately begin enriching the selected profile with the latest data.
This is ideal for urgent or high-priority records that need to be updated right away.
🔄 Enabling Continuous (Automatic) Enrichment
To keep your database up-to-date without lifting a finger:
Click on the AI Agents icon
-
Go to the Data Maintenance Agent and click on Manage.
Click on Configuration
Click on Edit Settings for any record type such as Candidates, Contacts, Leads and Companies
-
You can refine which records are auto-enriched using tag-based filters:
-
Include Records with Specific Tags – Only process records that contain at least one of the selected tags.
-
Exclude Records with Specific Tags – Completely skip records with those tags.
-
-
Click Save Changes to apply your preferences.
This ensures the agent continuously monitors and updates your records in the background, based on your rules.
📦 Using Batch Enrichment
To enrich multiple records in one go:
-
Select multiple records from your database (e.g., in Candidates or Contacts).
-
Use the bulk action menu to trigger Enrich Profile for the selected set.
-
The AI Agent will enrich each record in the queue, one after another.
This is especially useful for new data imports or database clean-ups.
By combining these enrichment methods, you can keep your database accurate, relevant, and ready to drive results—whether it’s a one-off update or an ongoing maintenance strategy.
