For example:

  • A headhunting agency may prioritise Current Position, Skills, and Work Email to ensure they have the most relevant contact and role information for outreach.

  • A university career centre might enable Education Background and Languages, but skip phone numbers or employment history.

  • A data compliance-focused firm may choose to exclude Gender or Social Profiles, depending on internal policies.

✅ Simply toggle the fields on or off based on what’s most relevant to your team. This ensures credits are only spent updating the data that truly drives outcomes for your business.

You can also fine-tune enrichment even further:

  • Tag-based inclusion (e.g., only enrich records tagged "Plan: Enterprise")

  • CV generation rules—create or update resumes only when needed.


💸 Smarter Spending: Set a Monthly Budget with Precision

Controlling costs doesn’t mean limiting impact. Use the Edit Budget feature to:

  1. Set a Monthly Limit
    Choose the maximum spend allowed for enrichment. The system will pause automatically once the limit is reached—no surprises.

  2. Distribute Budget Based on Priorities
    Allocate your budget by record type:

    • A recruitment agency may allocate 50% to Candidates and 30% to Leads, keeping only 10% each for Contacts and Companies.

    • A BDR team might flip that, prioritising Companies and Leads.
