How to Rollback an Enrichment concerning the Data Maintenance Agent

🔁 How to Rollback an Enrichment

If an AI enrichment didn’t go as expected or you simply want to revert changes, you can easily roll it back. Here's how:

1. Open the Candidate Profile: Navigate to the profile of the person whose enrichment you'd like to undo.

2. Click the “AI Enriched” Icon: You’ll find this icon at the top left of the profile. Click it to open the enrichment summary.
   
   

3. Review the Enrichment Details: A pop-up window will appear showing:

   • Agent notes

   • Fields that were updated

   • Enrichment performance metrics
     
     

4. Click “Revert Changes”: Located at the top right of the pop-up, this button will undo all enrichment changes and restore the profile to its previous state.
   
   

⚠️ Note: This action will revert all AI-driven updates on that profile — including contact info, tags, and job history, if applicable.
