Find Emails and Phone Numbers
How to Activate
To find email addresses and phone numbers, ensure you have sufficient balance in your metered billing account at https://secure.recruitly.io/next/billing/billing/metered - Credits don't expire for 1 year.
How to Use
Find contact details for any person in Recruitly - whether they're Leads, Contacts, or Candidates.
Simply click the "Find Email" or "Find Phone" buttons that appear when contact information is missing within the Leads, Contacts, or Candidates pages. The system will instantly retrieve the details.
🚨 IMPORTANT: LinkedIn is mandatory for successful lookup:
The person must have a valid LinkedIn URL since our system uses LinkedIn profiles to find their contact information.
A Note on Personal Emails:
- Candidates: We assign their personal email as the primary contact method since you're typically reaching them about job opportunities outside their current workplace. Their work email becomes the secondary option.
- Contacts/Leads: We assign their work email as primary since these are usually business contacts you're engaging with in their professional capacity. Their personal email becomes the secondary option. This ensures the most appropriate email appears first based on the type of relationship and communication context.
