Dynamic Email Campaigns

Overview

Dynamic Campaigns let you send emails to multiple records in just a few clicks - with built-in email verification using NeverBounce to protect your domain reputation. This is the safest and fastest way to do bulk outreach, and it’s as simple as sending a normal email.

Why Use Dynamic Campaigns Instead of Manual Sending?

Sending bulk emails from your own mailbox is risky. If too many emails bounce, your domain reputation suffers, and your messages may start landing in spam folders permanently. Dynamic Campaigns greatly reduces bounce rates and protects your domain.

Selecting Recipients

• Go to your list of candidates or contacts. Tick the checkboxes beside the records you want to email, no need to build or upload separate lists. The total number of selected records will appear at the top of the screen.
  
  
  

Launching a Campaign

Click More Actions, then select Campaign. A campaign window will open where you can: Select the sender email address, choose a saved email template or write a new message and Add a subject line, and review your recipients

Important Information

• Marketing Credits are used for sending the emails.

• NeverBounce Credits are used to verify email addresses, ensuring maximum deliverability and fewer bounces.

Tracking Campaign Performance

After sending, go to the Email Campaigns page to track:

• Deliveries

• Opens and Clicks

• Bounces and Spam Reports

• Unsubscribes

This real-time insight helps you understand what works and enables continuous improvement of your outreach.
