Overview of the Pulse Dashboard

The Pulse dashboard gives you a complete view of your personal and team performance. It allows you to track goals, measure key metrics, and customise your workspace to suit your needs. Each user has their own personalized Pulse dashboard, which can be adjusted by selecting the time period, layout, and preferred widgets. To access the AI Pulse dashboard, simply click on the "Pulse" icon on the top right hand side of your screen:

Main Dashboard Features

1. Time Period Selection

You can filter data for a specific date range using the calendar at the top of the dashboard. This helps you focus on your progress for a day, week, month, quarter, or year.

2. Layout Options

The Layout Builder lets you organize widgets in rows and columns. You can resize or rearrange widgets to create a view that works best for you. You can create a maximum of 6 rows and 5 columns per row

3. AI Layout

If you prefer a quick setup, use the AI Layout option. This feature automatically designs your dashboard based on your goals and activity trends.

When you open the AI Layout setup, you can:

  • Select your focus – Choose between Personal Performance, Team Competition, or Comprehensive View.

  • Decide what to do with your current layout – You can start fresh with a new design or keep your existing one and add AI suggestions below it.

The AI will review your performance goals, company trends, and selected focus to create a layout that highlights the most relevant insights.

Available Widget Types

You can add different types of widgets to display your data. Each widget serves a specific purpose:

  1. My Performance
Track your personal progress for a specific activity. It shows your total count, target, and achievement percentage.

  2. League Board
View the full rankings for an activity to see how you compare with others in your team.

  3. Leaderboard Podium
Highlights the top three performers in a visual podium format.

  4. Table Report
Displays a customizable table where you can compare multiple metrics or users.

Personalizing Your Dashboard

After adding widgets, you can drag and drop them to arrange the layout. You can also remove or edit widgets at any time. The goal is to make your Pulse dashboard a quick, clear snapshot of your performance and team progress.
