Understanding the Dashboards page
Managing Dashboards
The Dashboards section is where you can build, customise, and organise your performance dashboards. It provides a single location to view all your dashboards, create new ones, and manage sharing and visibility settings.
The main Dashboards page displays a list of all dashboards you own or have access to. Each entry shows the dashboard name, owner, sharing status, and the last updated date. A search bar at the top helps you quickly find specific dashboards by name. You can choose to view your dashboards in a list format or the card format too.
On the left panel, you can switch between different filters such as Owned by me, Favourites, Shared with me, or All Dashboards. This makes it easier to manage and locate dashboards without scrolling through the full list.
Creating a Dashboard
To create a new dashboard, click New Dashboard in the top-right corner.
Give your dashboard a clear title and start building its layout. You can choose how many rows and columns to include, then add widgets such as My Performance, League Board, Leaderboard Podium, Table Report, or Temp Widgets. You can also adjust filters like time period or user visibility to decide what data appears on your dashboard. This allows you to personalise your view for different goals, teams, or timeframes. Each dashboard can be shared with others, depending on your preference. Click the Share icon on the top-right to open the visibility menu. You can set your dashboard as: Private (Only you can access it), Public (Available to everyone in your company), (Shared: Visible only to specific users or teams you select). Once you choose a visibility setting, click Save to apply the changes.
Favourites and Deleting Dashboards
If you use certain dashboards frequently, click the star icon beside the dashboard name to mark them as favourites. These will appear in the Favourites section on the left panel for quicker access.
Dashboards you no longer need can be deleted anytime by clicking Delete in the Actions column.
