What does the AI Layout option do?

AI Powered Home Layout

The AI Layout option creates a personalised view of your performance on the Pulse Home screen. It helps you build a layout quickly by arranging the most relevant widgets based on your goals, activity, and company context.

The feature can be accessed from the AI Layout button on the Home page.

You can choose a focus such as personal performance, team competition, or a combined view. This preference guides the type of widgets the system highlights. A personal view brings your own metrics forward. A team view focuses on rankings and leaderboards. A comprehensive view blends personal and team insights. You can decide whether to replace your current layout or keep the existing widgets and add the new suggestions below. After you confirm your choices, the system shows a brief Generating message and then places the widgets directly on your Home screen. All widgets added by the AI can be moved, edited, or removed at any time.

The layout is shaped by your Smart KPI goals, recent performance, and the layouts that are most common in your company. It also considers your emphasis preference from your Business Settings, the system uses this to further improve the relevance of the suggestions.

The AI Layout works only on the Pulse Home screen. It does not apply to custom dashboards. You can use it whenever you want and update your layout as often as needed. This feature gives you a clear, structured starting point and reduces the time spent building your Home dashboard from scratch, while still giving you full control over how it looks.
