Widgets in Pulse
Widgets are the core elements that make up your Pulse dashboards. They display performance information in a clear visual format and help you understand activity levels, trends, and results at a glance. Each widget type serves a specific purpose, allowing you to build a layout that fits your role and daily workflow.
The Performance widget focuses on a single activity and shows your current count, your target, and your progress toward it. It is often used to track personal goals and day-to-day activity.
The League Board presents a full ranking for an activity. It helps you compare results across users or teams, making it easy to understand overall standings and relative performance.
The Leaderboard Podium highlights the top three performers. It is a visual snapshot of leading results and is often used to recognise strong performance or keep track of top contributors.
The Table Report provides a flexible table view where you can compare several metrics in one place. It supports user or team based comparisons and offers more detail than single metric widgets.
Pulse also includes a large set of Temp Widgets, designed for both operations and management teams. These widgets cover the full lifecycle of temp placements.
Operational widgets include active placements, fill rate, booked placements, upcoming starts, working placements, finishing placements, completed placements, billing from temp placements, open jobs, assignment completion, the placement management hub, and contract expiry tracking. These give operations teams a clear view of day to day placement activity.
The management focused widgets expand on this by offering revenue summaries, margin analysis, unfilled revenue, recruiter performance rankings, active job counts, revenue analysis with forecasting, top client reports, talent pool health, and urgent requisition tracking. These help managers monitor team output, revenue trends, and pipeline health across all temp related work.
All widgets can be placed anywhere on the layout and adjusted at any time. You can rearrange, resize, or remove them as your priorities change. This flexibility allows you to build dashboards that present the information that matters most in a format that is easy to understand.
