TV Screens in Pulse

TV Screens provide a simple way to share live updates, achievements, and performance information on displays across your workspace. They combine real-time data with visual content to keep teams informed and engaged. The module is organised into four sections that work together to manage everything shown on your screens.


Screens

The Screens section lists all available TV screens in your account. Each screen shows its pairing status, assigned slideshow, and current mode. A screen becomes active once it is paired using the pairing code displayed at reoo.tv. After pairing, the selected slideshow begins running automatically.

Create a screen

To create a screen, simply click on "New Screen". You can then name your screen, select your slideshow, and customise your schedules. 

Screens can be set to play manual scroll slideshows, fixed loops, or AI-generated presentations, depending on your preference. This section helps you monitor every connected screen and ensures that the right content is running.


Slideshows

Slideshows act as the main presentation format for TV displays. They can include Reports, Charts, Leaderboard, League, Media, or Text. The Slideshows page shows all drafts and published slideshows, along with the number of slides, duration, owner, and last update date. You can preview each slideshow to see how it will appear on a TV before publishing. Once published, a slideshow can be assigned to any screen, giving you full control over what is displayed in each area of the office. To create a new slideshow, click on the Slideshows tab and New Slideshow where you can customise and create slides to your specification.


Celebrations

Celebrations highlight important recruitment activities as they happen. Events such as CV Submitted to Client, Candidate Created, Interview Created, Job Created, Invoice Created, Company Created, Placement Created, and Opportunity Won can be enabled to appear automatically on TV screens. This section also includes TV configuration settings, where you can set theme colours and the default anthem that plays during celebrations. It helps create a shared moment when achievements take place.

Each celebration rule can be previewed, configured, or disabled. Configuration allows you to adjust animations, add music, and modify timing.



Media Library

The Media Library stores all visual and audio assets used across slideshows and celebrations. This includes images, videos, background loops, and celebration music. Each file displays its type, size, uploader, and upload date, making it easy to keep track of everything in use. New media can be uploaded at any time, ensuring that your slideshows and celebrations stay current and visually consistent. The library keeps all assets in one place so they can be reused whenever needed.
