Microsoft Admin Consent Required For Recruitly Integration

Published:

Overview

Microsoft has introduced a policy update that requires administrator consent for third-party applications accessing Exchange and Teams APIs. As a result, organisations using Recruitly with Microsoft services must complete a one-time admin authorisation to ensure uninterrupted access.

This change is enforced by Microsoft to provide better control over app access and improve data security.

Who Needs to Take Action

An IT Administrator with access to the Microsoft Azure portal must complete the steps below. Once approved, the consent will apply to all users in the organisation.

How to Grant Admin Consent for Recruitly

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to https://portal.azure.com and sign in using an admin account.

  2. Navigate to:
Azure Active Directory → Enterprise Applications

  3. Search for the following Client ID:
    f0d55313-7c20-4a63-9660-d54c076b507d

If the App Is Not Visible

If Recruitly does not appear in Enterprise Applications:

  • Ask any user in your organisation to sign in to Recruitly once.

  • This will automatically register the application in Azure.

  • Return to Enterprise Applications and search for the Client ID again.

Grant Consent

  1. Click on the Recruitly application.

  2. Go to Permissions.

  3. Click “Grant admin consent for Recruitly”.

  4. Confirm the action by clicking “Yes”.

After Consent Is Granted

Once admin consent is approved:

  • Recruitly will have authorised access to Microsoft Exchange and Teams APIs.

  • No further action is required from individual users.
