Customising the Watermark

Step 4: Select Watermark Position
Choose where the watermark should appear:
-
Center
-
Top Left
-
Top Right
-
Bottom Left
-
Bottom Right
Select the position that best fits your branding preference.
Dynamic Logo Positioning
The CV Watermark feature now supports Dynamic Logo Positioning for improved flexibility and better placement across different CV layouts.
How Dynamic Positioning Works
When Dynamic is selected:
- The system automatically places the watermark in the most suitable position on the CV.
- This helps avoid overlapping with important CV content such as text, headings, or images.
Fallback Position
You can also configure a Fallback Position.
If the system determines that there is not enough space to place the watermark in the dynamic position, it will automatically place the watermark in the fallback position you selected.
Example
Primary Position: Dynamic
Fallback Position: Bottom Right
If the system cannot place the watermark dynamically without affecting the CV layout, it will automatically move the logo to Bottom Right.
This ensures the watermark always appears cleanly and does not interfere with candidate information.
Step 5: Adjust Opacity and Scale (Size)
-
Increase opacity for a more visible watermark.
-
Decrease opacity for a subtle, background-style effect.
Increase scale to enlarge the logo.
Decrease scale to make it smaller.
This controls how transparent the watermark appears. And, Scale determines the overall size of the watermark on the CV.
Step 6: Choose Page Application
You can decide how the watermark is applied:
-
Apply to all pages
-
Apply only to the first page (default if all pages option is disabled)
Configuring Default Application Settings
You can define where the watermark should automatically apply.
Choose whether to apply the watermark to:
-
Original CV
-
Agency CV
-
CVs when passed individually
-
CVs when bulk passed
-
LinkedIn-generated CVs
-
CVs sent via email
These settings allow you to fully control default watermark behaviour.
