Branded CV Templates – Help Guide
Overview
The Branded CV feature allows you to create customised CV templates that reflect your agency’s branding and style.
With the Brand Builder, you can design professional CV layouts by adjusting:

Structure and column design

Colours and fonts
-
Agency logo
-
Header and footer layout
-
Section headings and labels
Once configured, these templates will automatically format candidate CVs to match your branding, creating a consistent and professional presentation.
How to Create a Branded CV Template
Step 1: Access CV Templates

Go to System Configuration.

Navigate to CV / Resume Templates.
-
Select Brand Builder Templates.
This section allows you to create and manage all your branded CV designs.
Step 2: Create a New Template

Click New Template.
-
The template builder will open, where you can start customising your CV design.
You will see a live preview, which updates automatically as you make changes.
Customising Your CV Layout
Step 3: Choose Your Column Design
The first option allows you to customise the CV layout structure.

Click Change under the column design section.

Select your preferred layout.
Available layout styles include:

Left sidebar layout
-
Right sidebar layout
-
Single column corporate style
-
Single column modern style
Each option includes a description and updates the live preview so you can see how the CV will appear.
Adding Your Branding
Step 4: Upload Your Agency Logo
You can add your agency logo to the template to strengthen your branding.
This logo will appear on all CVs generated using this template.
Step 5: Configure Header and Footer
You can customise both the header and footer sections by:

Selecting a header/footer layout

Adding your agency name

Adding a subtitle or tagline
These sections help create a more polished and professional CV presentation.
Customising Colours
Step 6: Adjust Template Colours
You can personalise the visual appearance of the CV by selecting different colours for:

Sidebar

Headings
-
Primary elements
-
Accent elements
-
Body text
This allows you to match the CV design with your agency’s brand colours.
Customising Fonts
Step 7: Select Fonts
You can choose different fonts for:

Headings
-
Body text
This provides additional flexibility to create a CV style that aligns with your branding.
Renaming Section Headings
Step 8: Edit System Section Titles
You can also customise the section headings used in the CV.
For example:

Change Profile Summary to Overview
-
Modify other section titles to match your preferred terminology
This allows you to tailor the CV language to your agency’s style.
Saving Your Template
Step 9: Save the Template
Once all customisations are complete:

Click Save Template.
Your branded template will now be available for use across candidate profiles.

You can create multiple branded templates to suit different scenarios, such as:
