Importing LinkedIn Connections into Recruitly

Overview

The Connections feature allows you to import your LinkedIn connections directly into Recruitly. This helps you build your database, identify existing records, and engage with your network more effectively.

Step 1: Open the Connections Import Tool

1. Click on the API Exchange extension on LinkedIn.
2. Navigate to the Connections / Import LinkedIn Data section.

Step 2: Download Your LinkedIn Data

1. Click on Open LinkedIn Downloads.
2. You will be redirected to LinkedIn’s data export page.
3. Click on Request Archive to generate your data file.
4. Once ready, download the ZIP file containing your LinkedIn data.

Step 3: Upload Your Data to Recruitly

1. Return to the extension.
2. Drag and drop the downloaded ZIP or CSV file into the upload area
   (or click to browse and upload manually).

Step 4: Import and Sync Data

• The system will process your file and:
  • Identify existing records already in your CRM
  • Highlight new connections that can be added
  • Handle duplicate checks automatically

Step 5: Select and Import Records

• Choose which connections you want to import into Recruitly
• Import only the records that are not already present in your CRM
