Overview

The LinkedIn Search Capture feature within the API Exchange extension allows you to capture and import search results directly from LinkedIn into Recruitly. This helps you streamline sourcing, enrich profiles, and link searches to your recruitment workflow.

Step 1: Open the Extension

1. Navigate to LinkedIn.
2. Click on the API Exchange extension icon in your Chrome toolbar.
3. Go to the Search Capture section.

Step 2: Perform a LinkedIn Search

1. Use LinkedIn Talent Solutions (Recruiter Search) or standard LinkedIn search.
2. Apply filters (e.g., location, industry, experience, keywords).
3. Ensure you are on a search results page with candidate listings.

Step 3: Capture Search Results

• Once on the search results page, the extension will detect available profiles.
• You can:
  • Capture profiles from the current search
  • View recent searches within the extension

Step 4: Select Record Type

• Choose how you want to categorise captured profiles:
  • Talent (Candidates)
  • BD (Business Development / Leads)

Step 5: Import into Recruitly

• The extension will:
  • Enrich profile data
  • Capture candidate details
  • Link the search to your pipeline or workflow

Step 6: Manage Captured Data

• View and manage:
  • Recent Searches
  • Imported profiles
• Continue refining searches and importing relevant candidates as needed
