Enabling Automated Prompts for Job Pipeline

Published:

When you move a candidate from one stage to another within a pipeline, you have the option to enable automatic prompts which can help you by opening forms related to the stages that you are interacting with. For example, if you move a candidate to CV Shared stage, the CV Spec form can open up and similarly, the Interview stage can open up the Interview schedule form and the placement stage the placement form.

How do I enable the prompt?
  1. Navigate to "Recruiting" module and select "Job Pipeline"

  2. Click on the pipeline settings icon as depicted here

  3. In the "Edit pipeline columns and sub stages" side bar that opens up, navigate to the CV Share, Interview and Placed section and click on the "Settings" icon

  4. Once you click on the icon, a card will open up where you can specify the action that follows a status update in a pipeline for this stage. Here, you can select "CV Spec form" and click on "Save"

The status/stages/pipeline can be renamed, by default it's named CV shared, Interview and Placed. However, if you see different names, look for the settings icon beside the edit option.
  5. Here's an example of how the pipeline would behave if this option is enabled

  6. The same steps can be followed for the other stages such as Interview and Placed as well.
