How does anonymisation/redaction in Recruitly AI CV work?

Sometimes, as a recruiter, you may want to protect your candidates by preventing unconscious bias and to ensure candidates are evaluated solely on their skills and experience. With Recruitly AI, you can protect your candidate’s privacy by removing personal identifiers, such as name, contact details, company, school and university details as well. Anonymization also demonstrates ethical recruitment practices and supports diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Here's how you can set up the CV Redact/Anonymise feature for your AI CV Editor

  1. Once you've accessed the desired candidate's card, click on "AI Editor"


  2. Click on the gear icon located on the top left of the AI CV Editor card


  3. You can also click on the "Tweak your AI Editor" option in the pop up on the same screen


  4. In the side bar that opens up, navigate to the section "CV Redact/Anonymise". You can specify the fields that you'd like to redact and anonymise. You can specify the field and what value is to replace the original value and you can click on "Update"


  5. Once you've updated and saved the changes, go ahead and click on "Anonymise" to view the updated format
