Importing Leads from Apollo.io

Step 1: Integrate Your Apollo.io Account

Before importing records, ensure your Apollo.io account is integrated with Recruitly. You can do this by visiting our Marketplace: Integrate Apollo with Recruitly.

Step 2: Importing Leads and Contacts

Follow these steps to import Leads and Contacts from Apollo into Recruitly:

1. Navigate to the Leads Section
   Go to the Leads section under the Sales module.
   

2. Click on Import Leads
   Find and click on the "Import Leads" button located at the top right of the screen. From the dropdown menu, choose "Import from Apollo."
   
   

   

   
   

3. Open the Search and Import Card
   The search and import card will open, allowing you to enter your criteria.
   

4. Enter Required Details
   Fill in the necessary fields, including:

   • Job Title

   • Locations

   • Keywords
     

5. Search Apollo
   Click on the "Search Apollo" button to retrieve relevant records.
   

6. Select Records to Import
   Review the search results, select the records you wish to import, and click on the "Add selected to basket" button.
   

7. Proceed to Checkout
   After making your selection, click on "Checkout."
   

   

   
   

8. Import or Export Data
   On the next page, you can select all records and choose to either click "Import as" or "Export to Excel."
