Jobs/ATS Pipeline Overview (Filters and Features)

The Jobs/ATS Pipeline View in the Recruiting Module allows for enhanced Candidate and Job management with a user-friendly interface. Users can rename the statuses and create sub-status as per their workflow requirements. The view provides options to filter candidates/jobs based on users within the organization, group by owner, and access detailed information about each candidate by clicking on them.


Overview


  • Navigate to the Global Jobs Pipeline: Under the "Recruiting" module, select the "Jobs" option and click on the "Board View" option which is the middle icon located next to the "Jobs" heading:

  • Search by Candidate or Job: This allows you to search for a specific Candidate or Job in the Global Pipeline


  • Add Candidate: Candidates can be added to different jobs from here with the required status and sub-status. Here are the steps to add candidates:

    • Click on the "Add candidates" button


    • In the following screen-pop, search for and select the candidate that you would like to add



    • Choose a pipeline status that you'd like your candidate to be added into




    •  You can search for or check the boxes next to the Job's that you'd like to associate with the candidate

    • Once you've selected the jobs, click on "Add to Job" on the top right corner of the screen and the candidate will be added to the Job

Filtering Options
  • Date Filter: This allows you to filter based on the date of your choice. You can select an option in the "Filter by" section and you can specify the "Custom Date Range".


  • Users: This allows you to filter based on the team and owner. Select the appropriate option from the drop-down menu to filter records by owner.


  • Quick Select and Slider: You can quick select the stages and you can use the slider to adjust the width of the columns


  • Visibility: You can click on the eye icon to select the records that you'd like to be displayed. Select "Active", "Rejected" or "All" to view the corresponding records.


  • Refresh: Click on the "Reload" button located on the top right hand corner of the screen to refresh the data set



Job Pipeline Settings


  • Click on the settings icon to access a side bar where you can make changes to the stages of the pipeline


  • Click on your user icon at the top right corner of the screen, navigate to "System Configuration," and select "ATS/Job Pipeline" under "System Settings,"



  • or, click the link here to be taken to the Pipeline settings page directly

  • When you are using the CV Share feature, you can dictate which stage of the pipeline you'd like the candidate to be moved to in the "CV Share Configuration" based on your preference and the same can be done for the Internal Submissions which can be edited in the "Internal Profile Submission Config"


  • Under the "Pipeline Columns & Stages" section, you can make changes to the name of the stages and sub-stages and you can also add sub-status and reject reasons


  • Clicking on the "Edit" option allows you to modify the name of the main stage itself



The pipeline status cannot be altered in terms of quantity.
