How to Share Candidate Documents?
You can effortlessly share candidate CVs and documents with clients in just a few clicks, eliminating the need for tedious and time-consuming tasks.

Follow these steps to share candidate documents using the CV Share option

Once you've learned how to share your candidate CVs with your contacts. You'll notice that you can select the documents that you'd like to share as well.

Scroll to the documents card, where you can check the boxes to select the documents you want to share

NAME: The names of all the candidates will be visible with the option to select the profile you want to share for that specific candidate

ORIGINAL CV: The original CV available will be visible here

BRANDED CV: The available branded/agency CVs will be visible here

OTHER DOCUMENTS: Any other documents like address proof and identity proof will be visible here

You also have the option to attach all the selected documents as attachments to the email by toggling on the option "Add selected documents as attachment in email".

Set expiry days for the share and select the client's name to whom you want to share the candidates, customizing other options as needed.

Click on "Save" to share the candidates with the clients.
Ensure to keep the "skip sending email" feature toggled off if you'd like to send an email to the clients.
