Creating Triggers for ATS Automation

Triggers are predefined scenarios that can be automated, with each trigger capable of having multiple actions associated with it. All triggers come pre-built into the system, enabling you to easily choose the scenario you want to automate.

To set up triggers, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the "Automation" module, then proceed to "Workflows", and finally select the "ATS Automation" section. Alternatively, you can simply click here

2. Click on the "+Add trigger" button.
   

   

3. Choose the desired scenario you wish to automate from the drop-down menu.
